Kids' Drop-in Class (5-17 Years Old)
Ethereal Kids Flow (Ages 5–10)
We offer a dedicated class specifically for children ages 5-10 years old on select Saturdays. This class is designed for children only and includes movement-based mindfulness, breath awareness and grounding exercises, creative play and focus-building activities, and gentle relaxation techniques. Children are not included in adult memberships and must enroll separately in Kids Flow classes.
Family / Parent + Child Participation
We occasionally welcome parent-child participation in adult class or family-friendly sessions. Currently, classes taught by our instructors Shayna, Michelle, Brittany, LaToya and Nancy are open to children attending with their parents. To ensure a positive experience for all participants;
Children must be registered for their own Punchpass account with a signed parent/guardian waiver
A parent or guardian must remain present at all times
Recommended minimum age: 8+ for adult-style classes
Respectful Participation Policy
Ethereal Healing reserves the right to ensure a safe, focused, and supportive environment for all participants.If a child or family member is unable to participate in a way that allows the class to continue safely and respectfully (including repeated disruption, inability to follow basic instructions, or behavior that significantly impacts other participants), we may kindly ask that they step out of the class.
In some cases, we may recommend:
- attending future Kids Program classes instead of adult classes
- rescheduling participation to a more appropriate session
Our intention is always to support families with care while protecting the experience of the group as a whole.
