Hello beautiful souls, my name is Michelle Martinez, I was born and raised in Houston. I’ve been teaching for 3 years now. My goal as a teacher is to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, creating intentional and thoughtful classes that incorporate various yoga pillars. My goal is that you leave my class feeling more grounded physically, mentally, and spiritually, stronger and more prepared to integrate these practices into everyday life.
