I’m a healthcare professional by trade and a yogi by heart. I found my practice in 2017 and earned my teaching certification in June 2022. My teaching journey spans a range of styles, from creative, flowing vinyasa sequences to deeply restorative yin practices. I personally enjoy mixing in a variety of styles for my personal practice along with weight lifting and running. I am very close to my family and have a beautiful fur child named Canela
