LaToya is a yoga teacher and wellness facilitator whose approach to teaching is rooted in mindfulness, authenticity, and creating space for people to reconnect with themselves both on and off the mat.
She first found yoga during a deeply transformative season of life and quickly realized the practice was about much more than movement. What began as a physical outlet became a pathway back to presence, intuition, healing, and self-trust.
Through yoga and mindful movement, LaToya is passionate about helping people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and trust their intuition. She believes every person carries unique gifts, power, and purpose that deserve to be nurtured and expressed.
For LaToya, yoga is not about getting into poses “perfectly” — it’s about awareness, permission, and meeting yourself exactly where you are. Her classes are designed to help students slow down, release tension, build connection, and feel empowered in their own unique practice.
