Bring balance to mind, body and spirit by combining breath and fluid movement to cultivate strength, stamina and peace. While the class is not heated, you will build internal heat as you creatively flow through active expressions of yoga postures to feel integrated, rejuvenated, and strong. You will have the chance to challenge yourself through postures and grow in your movement practice. In order to balance strength and suppleness, class will end with passive postures and stretches to help your body and mind melt into savasana, perfectly complimenting the movement practice that helped you to find stillness.
