In restorative yoga, learn to deeply relax as your body is supported in a variety of passive postures by props including bolsters, blankets and blocks. The entire class will be on the floor and comfortable poses are held for 10-15 minutes to help encourage complete relaxation and a connection to your parasympathetic nervous system. Often referred to as "adult nap time", you will have a chance to sink into a deeper state of calm through guided meditation.
